WorkHex is a premium SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) business management platform designed to unify enterprise systems into one ecosystem. We provide products and interfaces containing the following services:

By registering or using the WorkHex services, you declare and confirm that:

• You are legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.
• You are at least **18 years old**.
• You are using the platform on behalf of a legitimate business or organization, or possess verified corporate authorization.

If using WorkHex for an organization, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use our operational features, you may be required to register a user account. You agree to:

You must immediately notify the privacy desk at support@workhex.com of any unauthorized access to your business account. WorkHex is not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials due to user negligence.

WorkHex may grant trial access profiles. During these trial periods:

• Limits on feature access or seats may be enforced.
• Data entered during the trial is eligible for purge unless the subscription is upgraded to a paid account.

We reserve the right to amend, restrict, or terminate trial offerings at any time.

You retain absolute ownership of all business, CRM, and staff records uploaded to WorkHex.

By using the software, you grant us a highly limited, non-exclusive license strictly to host, transmit, copy, index, secure, and display your data solely to deliver the requested business services.

You agree to utilize WorkHex strictly for lawful operations. You must not:

WorkHex offers built-in tools (such as GPS location recording, selfie verification, and activity tracing) for workforce tracking.

Our system automates payroll structures and bookkeeping. However, the client holds absolute accountability for verifying:

WorkHex does not serve as an authorized accounting, tax, or legal consultancy. All financial calculations must be audited independently before submission.

WorkHex deploys intelligent modules to assist with HR scoring, CRM flows, and smart workspace assistance.

Outputs produced by AI assistants are supplied for informational purposes. Subscribing organizations hold full liability for final candidate selection, hiring choices, and automation rules.

Our services integrate with various external APIs (including Meta platforms, Google calendars, Voxbay IVR, billing networks, and hosting nodes).

These third-party platforms function under separate corporate terms. WorkHex holds no liability for service interruptions, functional adjustments, or outages occurring on external APIs.

We deploy enterprise-grade safeguards to protect infrastructure nodes. However, you maintain absolute responsibility for password safety, defining staff permissions inside the application, and securing internal computers.

Attempting to bypass access controls or probe security configurations will cause immediate account suspension and legal auditing.

Upon service cancellation or account deletion:

• Data is preserved in secure archives for up to **90 days** for recovery and audit requirements.
• Following the grace period, data records are permanently wiped.

It is the client's sole obligation to export all structural records and tables before account termination.

We aim for reliable operational availability. However, service might be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Routine database tuning & system maintenance
• Security updates & hotfix deployments
• External routing & network failures

We endeavor to communicate major maintenance windows in advance where practical.

All structural design elements, application source files, custom algorithms, UI/UX designs, trademarks, brand assets, and logos remain the exclusive intellectual property of **Brandstrek**.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, leasing, modifying, reverse engineering, or reproducing any of our systems without explicit written consent.

Both parties agree to treat sensitive trade details, system mechanics, and organizational directories as strictly confidential. WorkHex will implement standard industry procedures to safeguard payroll and employee details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brandstrek, its affiliates, team members, and partners from any claims, legal suits, or penalties resulting from platform misuse, violation of labor or financial laws, employee tracking disputes, or unauthorized account activities.

We reserve the right to temporarily lock or terminate profile access in the following cases:

• Overdue subscription or add-on payments
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Direct breach of these Terms of Service
• Suspected security risks to system nodes

Termination will follow notification where practical, but may be executed immediately in critical security cases.

To deliver a continuously improving business OS, WorkHex regularly updates its modules. We may change system configurations, remove obsolete modules, add feature suites, or update plan prices with notice where required.

Account registration and system activity are also regulated by our **WorkHex Privacy Policy**. By accepting these terms, you consent to our privacy operations described in detail inside the policy.

These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of **India**. Any legal conflicts arising from our services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in **Kozhikode, Kerala, India**.
