Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains the permitted and prohibited use of WorkHex, a product operated by Brandstrek. This policy forms part of the WorkHex Terms of Service and applies to all users, customers, administrators, employees, vendors, and third parties accessing the platform.

This Acceptable Use Policy is designed to ensure safe, secure, and reliable service. It exists to:
- Protect WorkHex subscribers and system integrity.
- Maintain platform security parameters.
- Prevent platform abuse and malicious utilization.
- Ensure complete legal compliance for all platform activities.
- Safeguard corporate records and personal details of customer employees.

You are permitted to use WorkHex strictly for legitimate corporate, organizational, and business operations, including:

You agree NOT to use WorkHex for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
A. Illegal Activities
You may not use WorkHex to violate public laws or regulations, commit fraud, conduct illicit financial activities, facilitate criminal activities, or bypass labor and data privacy regulations.
B. Unauthorized Access
You must not bypass security barriers, run stress tests or penetration checks without explicit written permission, execute privilege escalation exploits, or access accounts belonging to other subscribers.
C. Malware & Harmful Code
Uploading or distributing viruses, ransomware, trojans, malicious tracking cookies, spyware, or scripts designed to harm hosting infrastructure or user devices is strictly forbidden.
D. Spam & Communication Abuse
You must not use CRM broadcasting systems to distribute unsolicited bulk emails, spam WhatsApp messaging, deceptive outreach lists, or mass marketing campaigns that violate anti-spam legislation.
E. Data Abuse
Scraping customer lists, harvesting employee databases without proper authorization, copying organizational directories, or executing unauthorized data exports is strictly prohibited.
F. Misuse of Attendance & Monitoring
You may not use GPS time tracking unlawfully, capture employee photos without proper legal disclosures, or violate worker privacy. Organizations bear full responsibility for obtaining proper employee consent.
G. Payroll & Financial Abuse
Utilizing WorkHex for bookkeeping fraud, corporate tax evasion, fake invoice broadcasting, or deceptive financial reporting is strictly banned.
H. AI Abuse
You must not use our AI scoring or assistant engines to create discriminatory recruitment templates, generate abusive or harassing content, or create deceptive communications.
I. Intellectual Property Violations
Copying application source files, reverse engineering compiled code, duplicating system architecture, cloning user interfaces, or using Brandstrek trademarks without permission is strictly illegal.
5Account Security Responsibilities
Subscribing companies and users hold absolute accountability for maintaining secure account states. You agree to:
- Use secure password combinations and safeguard credential tokens.
- Isolate user privileges (admin vs staff) carefully.
- Log out of platform sessions when using public or shared computers.
6Fair Usage
To maintain performance speed and service stability for all WorkHex subscribers, you must not overload system nodes, execute automated API requests at excessive rates, or abuse infrastructure databases.
WorkHex reserves the right to throttle, restrict, or rate-limit accounts exhibiting excessive server resource usage.
7Third-Party Integrations
When connecting with external modules (such as Meta channels, Google Calendar, Voxbay systems, billing gateways, or hosting nodes), you agree to comply with their respective terms of service.
8Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Subscribers must respect corporate privacy boundaries, payroll isolation directories, customer list confidentiality, and employee profiles. Unapproved sharing of sensitive corporate details extracted from WorkHex is strictly prohibited.
9Enforcement
WorkHex retains full authority to monitor compliance and investigate suspected AUP violations. Enforcement actions may include:
Critical security infractions or legal violations may trigger immediate profile locking without warnings.

11Limitation of Responsibility
WorkHex operates purely as a technology SaaS provider.
Subscribing organizations assume full liability for staff time monitoring, payroll legality, data protection compliance, recruitment selection workflows, and internal guidelines. WorkHex is not liable for customer misuse of application systems.
12Changes to this Policy
WorkHex may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
Revised policy documents will be published directly on our website domains with an updated **Effective Date**.
13Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of **India**. Any legal conflicts arising under this DPA shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in **Kozhikode, Kerala, India**.
