Upon account cancellation or active subscription termination, customer data may be retained in our secure backups for up to **90 days** for recovery, compliance, and disaster prevention purposes.

Following the expiration of this 90-day grace period, all associated records, configurations, and customer uploads are permanently purged from our storage.

WorkHex does not sell or trade customer details or business intelligence to any third party under any circumstances.
