WorkHex is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) business management platform designed to unify enterprise systems into one ecosystem. We provide premium corporate modules including:

WorkHex operates on a structural subscription system and may offer:

3Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Customers may cancel monthly plan subscriptions at any time. Cancellation halts future billing renewals, but your active account dashboard access will remain open until the end of your current paid billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for mid-month unused periods.Annual Subscriptions
Annual plan payments are generally non-refundable after activation. Disabling renewals allows the service profile to continue running until the complete annual cycle terminates, preventing future annual renewals.
Trial Accounts
Free trials can be canceled at any time. If the plan is not upgraded at trial end, your access will be restricted, and associated trial records may be purged.

Unless mandated by local laws, standard subscription charges are strictly non-refundable.

Exceptional Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payment charged by system mistake
- Incorrect billing calculations due to software bugs
- Failed setup activation caused solely by WorkHex
- Extended technical failures preventing access where no resolution is supplied
All refund requests undergo structured, case-by-case review. WorkHex retains full discretion.
5Professional & Implementation Services
Fees paid for custom deployment services—including professional onboarding, implementation, setup assistance, white-label customization, custom API integrations, dedicated coding tasks, or database migration support—are **strictly non-refundable** once coding or implementation commences.
6Enterprise Plans
Enterprise accounts function under custom commercial contracts.
Refund terms, cancellation workflows, dedicated service SLAs, setup pricing, and contract terms for Enterprise users are governed directly by signed corporate agreements, which take direct precedence over this public policy.
7Add-On Services
Charges for transactional or add-on packages (such as SMS broadcasting credits, WhatsApp sandbox APIs, Voxbay telephony connections, specific AI processing allocations, or custom structural blocks) are **non-refundable** once provisioned, assigned, or consumed.
8Subscription Downgrade
Customers may request subscription downgrades. Please note that plan downgrades may:
- Limit available feature models
- Reduce structural user seats and limit storage limits
- Disable active premium or AI modules
Remaining balances are non-refundable. Downgrade modifications take effect starting from the subsequent billing cycle.
9Failed Payments
If an automatic subscription billing transaction fails, WorkHex reserves the right to:
- Attempt to process the charge again in successive intervals.
- Temporarily disable access to premium modules or features.
- Suspend user login access for non-payment.
10Account Termination & Data Retention
Upon cancellation, database profiles remain accessible until your paid cycle expires. Following expiration, client records are stored in secure archives for up to **90 days** for recovery safety.
Following the 90-day grace period, all records and documents are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
11Third-Party Service Charges
WorkHex assumes no responsibility for third-party charges, invoices, or billing changes. This includes payment gateway tariffs, SMS routing fees, external API usage charges (such as Meta platforms), or telephony provider fees (e.g. Voxbay).
12Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact the Brandstrek billing desk to settle questions before initiating a formal chargeback or dispute.
Improper chargebacks or claims may result in immediate platform suspension, collection procedures, and permanent account closure.
13Changes to Pricing & Plans
WorkHex reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, introduce new plans, retire legacy modules, or update billing guidelines.
We will provide reasonable advance notice for major pricing revisions, allowing you to cancel or downgrade your plans before adjustments take effect.
14Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces consumer protection rights mandated under applicable laws. Certain regions or states may grant specific, non-waivable refund rights.
